Please note that the property is only accessible by the following modes of transfer:
1. Domestic Flight + Speedboat transfer takes 60 minutes from Male International Airport. The return rates are:
- Adult: USD 395per Adult, round trip, inclusive of all taxes
- Child (3-12): USD 334 per child, round trip, inclusive of all taxes
- Infant (0-2): Free per Infant, round trip, inclusive of all taxes.
- Standard Transfer Times: 6:30 AM TO 11:30 PM. Transfer to and from Malé includes an inland flight to Kudahuvadoo followed by speedboat to the hotel. It takes approximately 60 minutes (45 minutes by plane and 15 minutes by speedboat).
- Price includes lounge services at Moonima Lounge at Male domestic terminal on arrival. Because the transfer is timed to follow arriving flights, a waiting time at Malé Airport when flying in and out must be expected (waiting time might be affected by bad weather).
- Please be aware that the maximum luggage allowance on domestic flight is 22 kg (maximum dimensions: 158cm or 62 inches) plus 1 piece of 5 kg hand luggage (not exceed the dimensions of 55 x 20 x 40 cm). Excess baggage has a cost of 5 USD per kg subject to availability.
- Infants (0- 1.99 years) are not entitled to any baggage allowances.
2. From 01/11/2019 onwards it is available seaplane option which costs 685 USD return per adult and 342 USD return per children between 2 and 12 years. Because the transfer is timed to follow arriving flights, a waiting time at Malé Airport when flying in and out must be expected (waiting time might be affected by bad weather).
- Please be aware that the maximum luggage allowance on domestic flight is 20 kg plus 1 piece of 5 kg hand luggage (backpack or laptop bag). Excess baggage has a cost of 5 USD per kg subject to availability. Infants (0- 1.99 years) are not entitled to any baggage allowances.
- Child policy: Children under 2 years will eat for free based on the rules and meal-plan accompanied by an adult, excluding alcoholic beverages. Maximum 2 free kids per unit paid.
- Due to safety and privacy concerns the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited.
3. Honeymoon Benefits: (Upon request, need marriage certificate) - 1 Bottle of wine or champagne - Room decoration
- All guests, including adults, children and babies, must be included when making the booking to be shown the right rooms and rates. All guests not included will be charge at the hotel, during check-in time.
- When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

A beautiful paradise
Riu Palace was absolutely perfect. Everyone at the resort was soo kind and looked after us really well. A special thanks to Marshall Palm hotel manager at the resort for going above and beyond for us. We had an incredible time at Riu Palace and will definitely return to this paradise. We loved how Riu Palace was not overly crowded and just enough people. If you love crowd then Riu Atoll would be better for that.

My Experience In Paradise!
The property was beautiful
I'm a travel agent and it hosts a group trip once a year I have many different people who book with me of all ages. I really didn't like the long walks you had to take to get to the Beachfront Suites back and forth to the pool and dinner they should really provide a cart service especially for handicap accessible people. On the upside of this I expressed my feelings and they did take me from the front door to my beachfront Villa to the necessary places I needed to go it was awesome thank you RIU Palace.
